Terms of Use

The service

CircleCrop is a free tool that crops an image into a circle. It runs in your browser: your photo is opened and cropped there and never reaches our servers, and no account is needed. It is free to use; advertising is how it pays for itself (see the privacy policy). By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your images

Google Drive and Dropbox

If you open from or save to Google Drive or Dropbox, you use those services under their own terms, and your browser exchanges the file with them directly. What CircleCrop can access, and how to remove that access, is in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or get around its limits. You may use the images you make for personal or commercial purposes.

No warranty

The tool is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it correct and available, but we cannot promise that it will always work, work on every device, or be free of errors. Keep your own copy of any photo that matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CircleCrop and the developer who runs it are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, including lost files or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Changes

These terms may change as the site changes. The "Updated" date shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
